五、报告摘要
Optimizing influence campaigns in social networks is a critical managerial challenge, particularly under limited resources. Yet existing opinion dynamics models often oversimplify decision-making by neglecting user indecision and emphasizing internal consensus-building rather than externally guided persuasion. To address these issues, a comprehensive framework to design optimal, budget-constrained influence campaigns is developed. First, a novel discrete-time opinion evolution model is introduced to offer a more realistic representation of individual hesitancy through the capture of three distinct user states: “acceptance”, “indecision”, and “rejection”. Second, based on this opinion evolution model, two mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) models are formulated to strategically select persuaders to maximize either cumulative adoption or public awareness. We demonstrate the framework's practical application through an illustrative example on an AI-powered analytics platform and validate its performance via extensive computational experiments.

张震,大连理工大学系统工程研究所教授、博士生导师,入选“兴辽英才计划”文化名家暨“四个一批”青年英才、大连理工大学星海人才培育计划“星海优青”、IEEE高级会员和斯坦福大学发布的World's Top 2% Scientists(2020-2025)榜单。主要研究方向为决策分析、机器学习和粒计算,主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、辽宁省自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目和大连市支持高层次人才创新创业项目各1项。在Springer Nature出版专著1部,在EJOR、Omega、IEEE-TSMC、IEEE-TCYB、IEEE-TCSS等国内外重要学术期刊和会议发表论文80余篇,其中ESI高被引论文21篇,在谷歌学术被引用4300余次。担任Artificial Intelligence and Decision Making (Springer Nature)丛书编委,Group Decision and Negotiation、Information Fusion、IEEE-TEM、International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems和Kybernetes等期刊的副主编或编委,广西高校数字赋能经济发展重点实验室学术委员会委员、中国系统工程学会数据科学与知识系统工程专业委员会副秘书长,以及双法研究会智能决策与博弈分会等学会二级分会的常务理事和理事。
