题目：Shipping finance and Shipping professional in London

Claudio is currently Chairman of SPNL (Shipping professional network London), working with Investec Bank in the Shipping & Marine Finance team. Investec is a dual-listed (London Stock Exchange, FTSE 100) specialist bank and asset management group. Claudio previously worked 5 years with the Italian banking group, Intesa Sanpaolo focusing on Shipping Finance. He started his career as a seagoing Naval Officer in the combat branch of the South African Navy (Warfare Officer). His final appointment was XO of SAS FLEUR, in charge of 44 men. During his time in the Navy, he completed a Bachelor of Military Science (Mathematics and Nautical Science) through the Military Academy, University of Stellenbosch and a B. Comm (Hons) through the University of Cape Town.
For a change of scenery from the military, he spent a season of professional yachting in the Med, before relocating to London to complete the MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance through Cass Business School, London. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (MICS), and has published papers in leading industry specialised publications such as Marine Money, Lloyds Shipping Economist and International Association of Maritime Economists (Maritime Policy & Management). Claudio has served on the Executive Committee of the United Nations Association (Westminster). Lloyds List ranked him in their "On our Radar" section in the Next Generation issue. Claudio was the recent winner of the SA Chamber of Commerce's industry Leadership Award.
